 A further subclass of student visa is about the Student Guardian (Subclass 580) visa,  which is applicable to the student under 18 years to stay in Australia, where that student requires a guardian.

The Student Guardian visa is for foreign nationals applying to stay in Australia as the guardian of a student under 18 years of age who is studying in Australia.

 Steps for Visa Application Process
Step 1:  Students should decide the visa subclass under which they want to apply before the Visa application. Students can use DIBP tool ‘Visa Wizard’ in the website to find the most likely to meet there specific circumstances in the Australian visa.
Step 2:  Before student apply for the Visa  student should be well aware of the information on the visa subclass . Students should get familiar with the quick links to information on visa categories and other helpful information like Visa Fee, VFS Service Charge and Processing Time can be found on the 'VISA TYPES page on this website.
Step 3:  Students  should download the appropriate application form from the website  and fill the form carefully and check before submitting the visa form. They should correctly fill up the subclass    according to their credentials. Visa Form can be manually obtain by visiting the nearest Visa center.

Step 4:  Students should make sure that they have read the ‘SECURITY REGULATIONS’ before they visit the Australia Visa Application Center in India and Nepal.
