 MPPSC Syllabus and Plan of Examination  2013

Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has released the Syllabus and Plan of the State Civil Services Examination 2013. MPPSC confirmed for State Civil Services Examination 2013, is scheduled to be conducted on 29 June 2014. The candidates will be selected in the Preliminary Examination on evaluation of their performance in the Examination then they will go for the main examination.
The combined competitive examination have two successive stages i.e.
1.State Services Preliminary Examination (Objective types)--successful candidates go for Main Examination, and
2.State Services Main Examination (written and interview)--success in this exam select the candidates for the various categories of services and posts in state.
The preliminary examination will consist two objective type papers (multiple choice questions). Each paper will be formulated in conformity with the prevailing scheme.

Paper I
                 General Studies               2 hrs     200 Marks
Paper II
                 General Aptitude Test      2 hrs     200 Marks

Preliminary Examination is conducted to be a screening test only. Passed candidates will be shortlisted to sit for Main (Written) Examination on the criteria of marks obtained in this examination. Final list will be done on the basis of marks received by the candidate in Main (Written) Examination and Interview. Main Examination will be in the form of a written examination and an interview test.
