The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology is an autonomous university located at Bhubaneswar in the Indian state of Odisha.This was established in 1992 with undergraduate programme. It acquired its University status in 2004.
Today KIIT have announced their formal inclusion in the LEAGUE of the TOP Universities Of the Country.
According to the KIIT University, The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India confirms the KIIT university in to "A" categories of India on the Tandon Committee recommendations.
It is completing its 10years of University status.
